I am a leadership coach and an artist. As a symbol of my practice, I have chosen the mobile, which was gifted to us all by Alexander Calder beginning in 1931 in Paris. 

Mobiles are agile and respond well to unanticipated changes.  They are carefully thought out and robustly designed in order to deal with any challenges in their environment.  As importantly, their positive vibe penetrates the observer’s humanity to elicit awe and a smile.

Their agility, balance, and flexibility exemplify the core characteristics of successful people and organizations.  

When I am not creating mobiles, I focus on coaching executives and emerging leaders to address their continued professional growth, their leadership, and their work-life balance.
