Through Facilitation and Strategic Marketing, JT Collaborative.reaches into an organization, to gauge and understand its culture, and, to mutually develop methods to strengthen it and its service to its clients.

I bring over thirty years of governmental, institutional and corporate experience to my practice. Whether working internally with staff and leadership or with an organization’s clients, I recognize that each brings personality, fears and aspirations to the business culture. I address this complexity through non threatening interactions that allows the discovery of common vision and celebrates diversity as a strength.

When not serving my clients organizationally, I offer my creativity and energy to design custom mobiles for individual clients to help them achieve balance in their homes and work environments
